Trackhawk GPS Messaging (SMS) Agreement

Overview

By opting in to receive SMS (text) messages from Trackhawk GPS, you agree to receive recurring messages related to your account, devices, and services. These messages are intended to enhance your experience and provide timely updates regarding your GPS tracking services.


Types of Messages You May Receive

By providing your consent, you may receive the following types of messages:

Account Notifications (e.g., account status, billing alerts)
Device Alerts (e.g., power disconnect, battery status, tampering)
Tracking & Activity Alerts (e.g., geofence entry/exit, movement alerts)
Service Updates (e.g., outages, maintenance notices)
Customer Support Communications
(Optional) Marketing & Promotional Messages (only if separately opted in)

Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary depending on:

Your account activity
Device behavior and alerts
Your notification settings

Some users may receive multiple messages per day depending on their configuration.


Opt-In Consent

You will only receive SMS messages from Trackhawk if you have explicitly opted in through one of the following methods:

Checking a consent box during account registration or activation
Submitting a web form with SMS consent language
Providing verbal or written consent through customer support (where documented)

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.


Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages except for confirmation of your opt-out request.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Trackhawk is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile provider.
