Our GPS tracking devices update location every 10 minutes when parked and every 10 seconds by default when they are on the move. The priority for our tracking devices is to pick up any occurrence if something went wrong and ensuring you are offered the best service by any GPS provider. 

Constant 12v connectivity for the Trackhawk GPS tracker allows the device to always be on and give users the most accurate GPS positioning. All devices are equipped with backup batteries that allow the tracker to operate for up to 48 hours without a power source. Our devices also track whether a vehicles ignition is on or off with accurate real-time ignition detection.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
